Trip Details
Day1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
This should not be the arriving day, must have spent a night in your hotel/lodge/apartment in Kampala. This morning your driver guide picks you after the breakfast refreshment for a drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park in western Uganda taking the Kampala – Masaka – Mbarara road. A long the drive will have a stopover at the Equator for photographs, and at Mbarara city (Igongo cultural center) for lunch refreshments. Then will continue reaching Queen Elizabeth National Park by later afternoon hours or evening depending on the traffic flow. Then check-in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day2: Game Drives and Boat Launch at Kazinga Channel
This morning, with your packed breakfast will hurry on an early drive by 6:00am to Kasenyi section of Queen Elizabeth National Park an incredible animal watch under sun rise arrays. As you drive in the savannah, can pause and enjoy your breakfast. It’s an amazing moment watching wildlife under the morning bloody sunrise with a bit. On a drive expect encounter herds of elephants, Uganda kobs, bushbucks, buffalos, lions, warthogs among so many species to watch accompanied by several bird species.
After the savannah drive, will take a drive to Lake Katwe a special salt lake and have a moment with locals mining salt crystals. After will have lunch refreshments, and go for an afternoon boat cruise at Kazinga channel. The Kazinga channel boat cruise is an opening for watching birds, and many mammals on this breathtaking moment. Expect to watch several animals at the channel banks drawing water, and grazing, also aquatic life seen either socked in water or lousily relaxed at water banks.

Day3: Chimps Track and drive back to Kampala
Early this morning, will check-out from your lodge with packed breakfast and drive to Kyambura gorge eastwards Queen Elizabeth National Park to track chimpanzees. Reaching at the starting point before 7am will enjoy your packed breakfast. Then, after briefing will enrolling into the forest to search for the chimpanzees. The chimpanzees at Kyambura are habituated and are familiar to human presence a chance encounter the apes in a close-up. Finding them, will have an hour in their presence, the all tracking process can last for at least 2 to 3 hours then will return to the starting point and refresh.
Then will embark on a drive back to Kampala, will have an en-route for lunch possible at Igongo cultural center in Mbarara. Reaching Kampala by evening hours, drop off will be at your hotel/lodge in Kampala or Entebbe International Airport for your flight back home.
