Day 1 – Entebbe to Murchison Falls via Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Your 3-day safari package begins with a 7:00 AM pick-up from your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala. You will travel to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a unique rhino trekking experience, where you can observe white rhinos in their natural habitat. After the rhino trek, you will continue your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, a drive that takes about 2.5 to 3 hours. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge. After checking in, you will head out for an evening game drive where you may encounter wildlife such as giraffes, buffaloes, and elephants. Afterward, you will return to the lodge for a dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 2 – Game Drive & Boat Ride in Murchison Falls National Park
Start your day with an early morning game drive to catch the wildlife at their most active. As you explore the park, you will have the chance to see a variety of animals, including Rothschild’s giraffes, Uganda kob, lions, leopards, and various birds. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for a relaxing lunch.
In the afternoon, you will embark on a boat ride along the Nile River, heading toward the base of Murchison Falls. The boat ride offers fantastic views of hippos, crocodiles, and a range of bird species, with a stop at the falls to take in the spectacular scenery. After the boat ride, you will head back to the lodge for dinner and spend the night there.
Day 3 – Final Game Drive & Return to Entebbe
You will set out early for a final game drive to spot any wildlife you might have missed. The morning game drive offers a chance to see more animals before the day heats up. Afterward, you will return to the lodge for breakfast and check out. You will then begin the journey back to Entebbe or Kampala, with a stop for lunch along the way. The tour ends with a drop-off at Entebbe International Airport or your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala.
